How I Can Help

I believe that work shouldn’t suck the joy out of life. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel like yourself again.

Through therapy, you can transform your relationship to work, even if you can’t quit your job. It’s possible to regain your sense of purpose, develop skills for coping with stress, set boundaries with difficult people, and take back your power. The results could mean a better time at work and more meaningful time away from work.
