I'm not just a burnout therapist, I'm also a scholar and survivor.

I’ve spent nearly two decades studying how work affects mental health, including my thesis on this topic. I’ve worked in tech and other fast-paced industries, so I understand the pressure, burnout, and people-pleasing that come with demanding workplaces. I also give talks and workshops at companies about managing work stress and supporting mental health.
