If you’ve ever struggled to keep the spaces around you clean and/or clutter-free and felt bad about it, this is the book for you. This is one of the few books out there by someone like me, a therapist and a ADHDer and it’s gloriously compassionate. Absolute real talk.
I particularly enjoyed the paper version of this book because it was full of drawings and other colorful graphics in what felt to me like an homage to the sparkly, creative brain. This is a book I recommend for creatives and couples where one partner has ADHD and the other doesn’t. Penn describes his challenges and hacks, while Kim shares both the joys and challenges of living, running a business, and co-parenting with an ADHD partner.
